Our Mediterranean cruise was an 11 out of 10! Sam recommended this cruise despite me not being a cruising enthusiast, and he was bang on. Sam not only provided a great recommendation, he went over and above to ensure every detail of this trip went smoothly. My husband and I had a delightful Douro River cruise in Portugal and Spain. Thanks to Sam's sterling organizational skills, we were able to enjoy a worry free holiday. Since we arrived a day early, Sam suggested a hotel in the main square of Porto (our starting point), and close to the Douro River and its wide walking boulevard. We could enjoy the cafes, bars, mimes, gelato stands, ferry boats passing, etc. From there the trip only got better. We were with Riviera, a new to us English company. We would strongly recommend Sam's expertise in trip planning.

We would DEFINITELY recommend the resort. It was beautiful with friendly staff and delicious food. It was low-key, yet fun. We went on one excursion, which was excellent (swimming with sea turtles and swimming in a cave), and we took the bus to Tulum and Playa del Carmen. I was very glad we weren’t staying in Playa del Carmen, which was SO packed with people. 

We are still planning our biking expedition for 2027 and would be happy to take next steps.

Last winter, I decided to take my wife on a trip to the Caribbean as a surprise birthday present. Of course, I had left it to the last minute and thought a travel agent was necessary. A friend highly recommended Sam Warren.​ I outlined to Sam that we were seniors looking for a quiet resort with great accommodations and food. Sam was able to quickly put together several interesting options.

After I decided on a resort, Sam took care of everything. He kept in regular contact as he put the package together. The whole process with Sam was informative and stress free. 

The vacation was a dream. Travel was comfortable and the resort was absolutely beautiful. My wife was thrilled.I can’t thank Sam enough for his friendly and professional service.

 

I can’t tell you how much I appreciate all the work and organizing Sam did for my trip to Thailand. In one month I was in 8 different airports,1 cruise port and 6 different hotels ... Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Krabi, Singapore and Fiji. It all went so smoothly. No plane delays. No lost luggage. “Meet and greet” signs with my name in all the airports. Accommodations were perfect…. Beautiful, amazing locations, and first class service! I now have so many memories of a fantastic adventure, thanks to Sam.
