Delightful Douro River Cruise

My husband and I had a delightful Douro River cruise in Portugal and Spain. Thanks to Sam's sterling organizational skills, we were able to enjoy a worry free holiday. Since we arrived a day early, Sam suggested a hotel in the main square of Porto (our starting point), and close to the Douro River and its wide walking boulevard. We could enjoy the cafes, bars, mimes, gelato stands, ferry boats passing, etc. From there the trip only got better. We were with Riviera, a new to us English company. We would strongly recommend Sam's expertise in trip planning.
